Returns and Exchanges

We welcome returns or exchanges for unworn items in excellent condition within 3 days of delivery for any products you have purchased on our site. As per the shipment receipt, delivery is determined when the package is delivered to the shipment address.

Made to order, sale, discounted, and custom orders placed on www.lordjewelry.us are final sale. In the case of a damaged or incorrect item received, please send us an email at info@lordjewelry.us within 24 hours upon receipt and include the subject line "damaged item" or "incorrect item" along with your order number. 

Pieces must be unused, in their original condition and packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items will be subject to a quality inspection. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged, altered, or unsellable. 

For any return or exchange requests, please email info@lordjewelry.us and title the subject of your email “return” or “ exchange” along with the order number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for return or exchange requests. Upon inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. For exchanges you will receive store credit. We will send a prepaid shipping label for all returns along with shipping instructions to the email account listed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs associated with your purchase return or exchange will not be refunded.
